Terroristi o no?

La notizia di oggi (fonte Reuters, suppongo sia veritiera) è che l'Unione Europea non intende aggiungere gli Hezbollah alla lista delle organizzazioni terroristiche, almeno stando a quanto ha dichiarato il ministro finlandese Erkki Tuomioja attualmente alla presidenza dell'UE, in risposta alla lettera inviata a Solana da molti membri del congresso degli Stati Uniti.
Per tutta risposta, a Londra ci sono state alcune manifestazioni... riporto alcune foto giusto per rendere l'idea (ce n'erano di molte peggiori, ma sorvolo)

Ora... mi stavo sforzando di scrivere qualcosa che non finisse inevitabilmente nel razzismo (cosa fin troppo facile davanti a queste cose), quando mi sono imbattuto in un pensiero che esprime anche il mio pensiero e quindi ne approfitto per riportarlo.

1. Hezbollah, as Hamas, is known in the Middle East as a *social works* organization. Indeed they build schools and centers, etc. What they don't tell you is that they build them on top of weapons bunkers so the IDF doesn't strike them and when they do they can claim a propaganda victory from the civilian deaths.
2. Hezbollah, as Hamas, fires from civilian centers, essentially using non-combatants as human shields. They also use the UN in this role by constantly firing from near UN positions so that IDF counterbattery fire can flatten the place (last time it was 4 UN soldiers killed).
3. Hezbollah fighters, as Hamas, don't wear uniforms but instead go in civilian clothes, all the better to blend into the population and use them as human shields in their fighting so that when the IDF returns fire they are as likely to kill Hezbollah as civilians.
4. Hezbollah's favorite weapon, before they were armed with rockets by the Syrians and the Iranians, was the car bomb. The car bomb is the quintessential terrorist weapon. Period.
5. Hezbollah's, as Hamas, initiated (this needs to be clear people) the current fighting by making incursions into Israel, killing and kidnapping IDF soldiers and then firing into Israeli population centers in a DELIBERATE attempt to cause as many CIVILIAN casualties as possible.

If all of these FACTS can't make the EU see that Hezbollah, as Hamas, is a terrorist organization then I guess nothing can. I say we just let the deaf, blind and dumb kids in Strasbourg keep calling Hezbollah, and Hamas, *delightfully wacky* instead of murderous terrorists.
